Terms & Conditions

Off Out Tickets acts as an authorised agent for event promoters (“Event Promoters”) to sell tickets to events. All tickets sold by Off Out Tickets are subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth by the Event Promoter and Off Out Tickets.

Please be aware that events may have age restrictions, and it’s the responsibility of the ticket holder to verify this before purchasing. For more details, check out the event details on the relevant event listing and ticket purchasing page.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or exchanged unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or otherwise specified.

We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorised agents or other sources. Additionally, we are not liable for lost or stolen tickets.

Any unlawful resale or attempted resale of a ticket may result in seizure or cancellation without refund.

Tickets cannot be used for competitions, promotions, or advertising without written permission from the event promoter. Failure to comply with these conditions may lead to refusal of entry or removal from the venue without refund.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission, conduct searches on entry, and eject individuals who pose a risk to the safety of patrons, affect the event’s enjoyment, or breach the ticket Terms and Conditions. This includes behaviour like being intoxicated, underage, abusive, or carrying offensive items.

By attending, ticket holders consent to filming and sound recordings as part of the audience. Unauthorised cameras, video, and sound recording equipment are prohibited.

Animals, except assistance dogs, are generally not allowed in venues without prior arrangement. Special access requirements should be communicated in advance. Please check out more information about accessing venues here.

In emergencies, please follow staff instructions.

Alcohol purchase may require proof of age if you appear to be under 25.

The venue and event promoter are not responsible for personal travel, accommodation, or hospitality arrangements related to the event or its cancellation.

Flashing lights may be used during events.

Double-check your tickets, as mistakes may not be correctable.

Late arrivals may need to wait for a suitable break to be admitted.

The Promoter, The Venue, and Ticket Agents are not liable for personal property.

Ticket purchases may be limited to a maximum per person.

For rescheduled, changed, or moved events, options of retaining, exchanging, or claiming refunds are typically offered. Booking and Transaction Fees are non-refundable.
